Placentia-304 Sq. Ft. Loft

Dear Miguel,

Antonietta and I want to thank you and your crew for building us a beautiful new loft in our Placentia home.  The loft will serve us well as a home office and children’s play area, and it allows us to use our space rooms as bedrooms to accommodate our growing family.

We are highly pleased with the manner in which you and your company interacted with us throughout the renovation process, from planning to completion.  Your crew members were always polite and considerate, and they exhibited great skill with each phase of the project.  Your price and payment requirements are very fair and consistent with the work done.

You and your company went the extra mile to satisfy us, and when we had questions, you made yourself available to answer them in a timely manner.  You showed a high degree of skill in designing the loft and storage areas, and your ideas resulted in a home improvement that is the talk of our neighbors!  You handled all aspects of the project approval process well – including the Placentia City Planning/Building Departments and its requirements.

For these reasons, we highly recommend your company to anyone in Orange County and the surrounding counties who would like to add living space to their home.  We are very pleased with the structural integrity of the loft, window installation, and the storage area.  We would be very happy to recommend you and your company anytime.
