Laguna Niguel-100 Sq. Ft. Loft
Dear Miguel,
We want to thank you for the great job you and your team did on remodeling our house. For a long time Thao and I talked about adding on and after we met with you the first time, it sealed the deal. We were initially going to just add the loft but were discouraged to find that every contractor that gave us a bid was extremely expensive. When we called you, the price you gave us was just right. It was then that we decided to add on to the kitchen and downstairs bedroom as well.
Our downstairs bedroom was small and rarely ever visited. We are in there every day now. The loft has become our office and lounge and the way you expanded our kitchen and opened it up to the family room has made for an inviting place. Many of our friends can not believe the huge difference that it has made.
We also want to let you know that your staff was excellent. They were here everyday on time, working efficiently, were friendly and also very attentive to our concerns when we saw changes that needed to be made. We had a deadline and you beat it which was the most important thing to us as well.
Lastly, we want to thank you. You are the best contractor we have ever worked with. You always answered your phone or promptly returned our many phone calls and helped us greatly, going beyond your contract, in getting assistance or advice on our other projects. We have and will recommend you again and again. Thank you for a job well done.
