- Worked for several Architechtural firms such as:
- Ballew and Associates – Dana Point, Ca.
- Conoyer Hendricks – Phoenix, Az.

- Supported and Designed such projects as:
- Corner Stone Mall, Tempe, AZ
- Historic Elsinore - Architectural Design Standards, Lake Elsinore, CA.
- West Lake Cove, Conceptual Planning, Lake Elsinore, CA.
- Lake Elsinore City Hall Building, Lake Elsinore, CA.
- Villa Portofino Hotel, Avalon, Ca.

- 1970 Francisco Fernandez (father of Miguel Fernandez) started F&F Sheathing and Equipment. F&F Sheathing and Equipment on average employed 30 carpenters from LA, Riverside, and Orange County. F&F specialized in both residential and commercial rough framing.
- Late 1995 Francisco Fernandez died.
- Early 1996 Miguel Fernandez took over F&F Sheathing and renamed it F&M Construction.
- 1996-2005 Miguel Fernandez ran F&M Construction.
- F&M Construction provided equipment and specialized carpenters to several general contractors from San Diego to Sacramento. The majority of our work was in Southern California with Laurence-Hovenier, Inc. (Corona) and Madera Contractors (Murrieta). Please see photos from 20 Years of Construction Experience.
