What is it?
Complete remodels are major alterations to the existing building shell and /or facade (elevations).
Major alterations (remodels) consists or need the following:
- Design concrete solutions for accurate proposal / contracts.
- Engineering, plans and permit required.
- Framing several items simultaneously (lofts, patios/decks, room additions, kitchen remodels, etc.)
- Replace all existing windows and doors.
- Re-roofing existing roof.
- Exterior hardscape and landscape designed and built during home construction (pools, outdoor fireplaces, stonework, patio/decks covers, etc.)
Corona Del Mar Remodel
Prun Residence remodel consisted of the following construction:
- Adding 2nd floor bathroom – 42 sq.ft.
- Expanding 2nd floor rear bedroom – 52 sq.ft.
- Adding 2nd floor loft – 150 sq.ft.
- Adding 2nd floor master deck – 150 sq.ft.
- Adding 3rd floor deck – 307 sq.ft.
- Re-insulate entire house.
- Re-paint entire house.
- Install all new doors and windows.
- Install new AC system.





Complete Remodel Process
Being a Design Build Construction Company, Add On will:
- Design with latest modeling software (See your new remodel before completed working drawings – project flyby brought to you at home via laptop)
- Engineer project
- Draw all working drawing needed for permit
- Pull all permits needed.
- Complete all major construction items:
- Demo all items for new construction
- Form and set all concrete work

Frame new construction
- Electrical & mechanical as needed and designed
- Stucco & siding
- Roofing to match existing or re-roofing new engineered roof
- Paint to match
- Finish carpentry (base, casings, crown molding)
- Walk through all major inspections
- Coordinate with outside subs for homeowner.

Brea Remodel
Vertrees Residence remodel consisted of the following construction:
- Add 1st floor Living Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom – 1666 sq.ft.
- Add new Car Port – 288 sq.ft.
- Re-configure existing bathroom and linen.
- Re-stucco new addition.
- Re-roof entire house.
